The GPV District Championships concluded at the magnificent Moonah links on Sunday after two days of competition on consecutive Sundays across two of the Peninsula’s best courses: The Dunes Golf club and Moonah Links Open course

It was great to see such a representative cross section of players from clubs across the District.
The GPV were very pleased with the host clubs and the condition in which the courses were presented.
A presentation was also made to outgoing GPV President Darren Cope to mark his many years of contribution to the GPV.
It was very pleasing to see Darren out competing and playing well! Thanks to him and all the other officers of the GPV who have participated in allowing our district to host the various events across pennant junior golf and our flagship event the District Championships.
We hope to continue to offer relevant events to our members and support enjoyable golf on the Peninsula.”
