GPV B AND C GRADE CHAMPIONSHIPS

Players in the B Grade and C Grade championships faced difficult conditions for this year’s events on the Legends course at Moonah Links, but some good scores were still recorded.

Congratulations to Michael Mansour of Bay Views Golf Club, the winner of the men’s B grade championship, with 86.  Malcolm Kendrick of The National won the nett event with 74.

Winner of the women’s B grade was Maria Kharsas of Rosebud Country Club with 90, and nett winner was Sally Lyndon, also of Rosebud, with 72.

In the C grade championships, the women’s winner was Felicity Carruthers of Rosebud Country Club with 33 points, from runner-up Heather Mushet of Mornington GC with 32.

Bob Favaloro of Cerberus Golf Club took out the men’s C grade event with 30 points on a countback from Peter Kelly, also from Cerberus.
